IPU CET 2023 Application Process

IPU CET application form will be made available in online mode. Candidates seeking admission need to submit the application form within the prescribed date. They should fill out the application form with the correct details only. IPU CET

IPU CET 2023 BTech Eligibility Criteria

Check the eligibility criteria for BTech, BTech (Biotechnology) and Lateral Entry BTech (BSc) below in this section:

BTech

• Pass in Class 12 examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidate should have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination.
• Appeared in JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) and admission would be based on the merit list/rank list.

BTech (Biotechnology)

• Pass in Class 12 examination with a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology.
• Appeared in the IPU CET and their name should be in the merit list/rank list.

Lateral Entry BTech (Diploma)

• Candidates should have passed three years diploma in the relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Appeared in the IPU CET and their name should be in the merit list/rank list.

Lateral Entry BTech (BSc)

• Candidates should have passed BSc with Mathematics as a subject scoring a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized University.
• Appeared in the IPU CET and their name should be in the merit list/rank list.

IPU CET 2023 Counselling

The admission authority of IPU will conduct counselling for admission to the BTech stream. Candidates who will be eligible can take part in the counselling process for admission.
